By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

ORDERING

- After choosing the items of your preference, you'll find them display in the Shopping Bag page.
- In order to complete your order and proceed with the checkout you will be asked to create an account.
- Shipping costs will be added to your order accordingly to the delivery address provided by you.
- You will be redirected to a PayPal page to make a secure payment.
- You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail after you place the order. We will also contact you and provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or direct payments through PayPal. If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us by e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after you place the order.

SHIPPING

Linen Tales agrees to ship all ordered goods within 5 business days after the payment of the goods is received.

Please notice that all items are made to order especially for you. However, stick items ship will be shipped immediately after the payment gets confirmed. If you are in hurry with your order- please contact our customer service info@linentales.com and we will find a solution for you.

Delivery is made by “Lietuvos pastas” (www.post.lt). All parcels are shipped from Lithuania with registered priority air mail, we will e-mail you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

Courier delivery service is also available, for any further information please contact our customer service info@linentales.com. 

DELIVERY 

Lithuania 1 – 2 working days. EU 7 – 10 working days. Everywhere else 10-15 working days.

The estimated delivery times above are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Linen Tales is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

Please note, the shipping as stated above does not include any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

INTERNATIONAL TAXES (OUTSIDE EU)

Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately Linen Tales has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

PRIVACY

In order to purchase from linentales.com we ask you to set up an account and your personal information will be requested. The personal information we collect will only be used by Linen Tales, for the purposes of fulfilling orders, tracking your purchase history, customer service and shopping overall experience, and for general marketing purposes. Your email and mailing address will be used to confirm your orders and to receive occasional promotional materials & special offers from our company. If you no longer wish to receive letters from Linen Tales please contact our customer service. We will not give or sell any of your personal information to any third part.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Products displayed on this website are available in our stock and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.

SECURITY & COOKIES

When you make a purchase from linentales.com you will be redirected to PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information that is passed through a secure server SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days upon receipt. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Linen Tales must approve all returns. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@linentales.com for return instructions. Please include your order # and item you are returning. For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped via insured carrier. Linen Tales is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

We reserve the right established by law to not change or accept returns of good quality custom made products.

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure problem, Linen Tales obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Linen Tales can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Linen Tales. A force majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

In such situations, Linen Tales will do the best we can   to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
